I initiated a thorough examination of the current Tax Attorney portal, identifying bottlenecks and areas necessitating improvement. Through collaboration with legal and IT teams, I implemented an enhanced client verification system. This encompassed the automation of document verification processes and the establishment of clear communication channels between Tax Attorneys and clients. Additionally, I integrated an automated case overview process, providing real-time updates on live case statuses to further improve efficiency and transparency.
