ATT identified a need for a new product, the ATT Fleet Service, and faced the challenge of initiating its development without an existing user flow. The goal was to create a product tailored for staff usage, necessitating the establishment of a comprehensive user flow from the ground up.
The objective was to design and develop the ATT Fleet Service, focusing initially on creating a complete user flow from scratch. This involved understanding the specific needs of staff users, defining key functionalities, and mapping out the entire user journey.
Commencing with a thorough analysis, I collaborated with other departments to identify staff requirements and operational workflows. Thus, I constructed a foundational user flow, outlined essential steps, and interactions.
The establishment of the ATT Fleet Service user flow laid the foundation for the new product's development. While design details were deferred to subsequent stages, the newly created user flow provided a structured pathway for staff usage. Early testing and feedback informed further iterations, ensuring that the foundational user flow aligned with staff needs and operational goals. The project successfully set the stage for the subsequent design and development phases of the ATT Fleet Service.
